What our clients are saying

They performed turn-key mechanical work on the North Marion High School HVAC project. This was a $4.2 million HVAC replacement for an existing 70,000 square foot building, a new chiller plant and building to serve the campus. Through careful planning of resources, control of material deliveries, and good communication they met our schedule while coming in under budget and providing a high quality installation for the Marion County School Board.

Ocala Company Welcomes Local Foster Children to Let’s Skate Ocala!

December 10, 2013

Ocala, FL – In the hopes of making this holiday season memorable for children, Climate Control Mechanical Services, with their parent company InTec – the presenting sponsor of Let’s Skate Ocala, has decided to have a party! A Skating Party for Kids Central’s foster families in Marion County that is! On Saturday, December 7th, the skating rink located just east of the Downtown Square will be closed to the public from 10am until Noon, while foster children and their families from across Marion County enjoy the ice, refreshments provided by True Grits Restaurant, meet The Grinch and enjoy activities like face painting and the holiday ambience of Downtown Ocala.

According to Francine Johannesen – InTec Vice President of Marketing “One Mission, One Community is the philosophy of our company outreach program. Kids Central mirrors this philosophy by diligently working as a team with one mission – to strengthen the lives of Marion County’s children and families.” Johannesen adds, “We are hosting this party to thank foster parents because of their unconditional love of children in need, which are an important part of the future of our community. Memories are one thing no one can take away from us; therefore, we hope it will also provide a great memory for the children that will last a lifetime.”

Nearly 2,000 children have been removed from their homes in the Central Florida area. In Marion County alone, over 300 children removed from the custody of their parents are the responsibility of Kids Central. Kids Central Foster Parent Recruiter Rosey Moreno-Jones says that “…local companies can make such a difference in the lives of our children, especially at the holidays by helping us give them some wonderful activities to participate in. We are so grateful for InTec’s commitment to our community by sponsoring the Let’s Skate Ocala Rink and for opening it up with the City of Ocala for our children and families to have a special morning to celebrate!”

Kids Central, Inc. is the not for profit lead agency selected by the State of Florida to coordinate child protection services in Circuit 5 consisting of Marion, Citrus, Hernando, Lake and Sumter counties.
